    The only trades I may do are for certain unpainted resins by Tumlinson, Rose, Minkiewicz. (Scarlett, Trad Ziryab, Fabio,
    Fabrizio,  Independence (trad), Nahar (trad or mini), Caldero, Mephisto, Tango, Lirico, Dafyyd). Sorry but I do not collect
    OFs or customs; nor do I do performance at this time. I have lots of body horses, thanks. :)

    YES, I will do time payments on purchases over $200. See details below.

    I do my absolute best to describe each piece, and to photograph it honestly. Your satisfaction is very very important to me!

    If you have questions, please ask them beforehand.

    I will only HOLD models for 24 hours. Sorry.


    PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Minors must have parental consent.

    Payments and deposits are non-refundable. I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

    Paypal (credit card is ok) and USPS Postal Money Orders accepted. No personal checks. Confirmed address for
    PayPal is required. PayPal payments go to ZornArt at AOL dot com.

    Payment must be received within 5 business days or the transaction is void.

    Time Payment Details: Monthly payments or less are required, two to three monthly payments is standard. Just ask, I will do
    my best to work with you. :) Also, it is your responsibility to send in your payments; sorry, but I don't have time to write
    reminders to all time-payment customers. If any payment is 30 days overdue, the sale is void, and earlier payments are not
    refunded.

       For commissions, half-payment, minimum, is due prior to start of work. Please see Commissions Page.


    SHIPPING

    I ship only one day per week, as my packing and shipping facilities are not at my home or studio.  Please let me know if you
    need other arrangements.

    Insured Priority Shipping is required.

    International shipping IS available, at the horrible costs they have, please contact me first. It will run about $30-40.

    I do my best to quote shipping as close to the actual rate as possible, there may be a very small additional cost included
    as peanuts, tape, bubblewrap, printer labels and the like are expensive.

    I cannot be held responsible for damage in shipment. All shipments are insured, you are responsible to keep the boxes and
    packing materials in the event of a damage claim, I will keep all insurance receipts until our transaction is concluded with
    your receipt of a whole undamaged model per date of delivery by the USPS.

Care of your model: These horses are all top-sealed in Testor's DullCote. Please do NOT store them, or any other finished
models, in fabric or in bubblewrap! The fabric will leave nasty fuzzies on your horse's surface. Bubblewrap will SCAR model horses!
Scary but true. The bubbles can leave deep rings on the finish of your resins, customs, or your OFs. My horses are stored in a
closed china cabinet, and are transported in heavy duty plastic bags, then in protective wrapping. Please feel free to contact me if
you have questions/concerns/comments.

Repair: Paint work "Touch-ups" are available for postage plus a very nominal fee (if even applicable) for the first year for the
original purchaser. If resculpt work fails within that first year for the original purchaser, I will fix it for postage only. Storing horses in
bubble wrap or fabric will void this guarantee- IF they must be wrapped, keep in them in heavy duty plastic bags, then in the
protective wrap. (I have learned this the hard way with my own show string).

Photographs: Photographs are the property of Zorn Art Studio, and using them for future sales of models is discouraged.
